SHP Health is continuing to develop as a centre of excellence for the assessment, management and prevention of musculoskeletal problems and associated conditions.

SHP Health is also constantly evolving to provide a greater range of health and wellbeing services. Through our class-based services, workshops and learning opportunities, we seek to positively impact the client journey through communication, education and therapeutic exercise.

Our services are person-focussed, and our philosophy and values are underpinned by teamwork, communication and excellence. We are committed to delivering a caring, professional & evidence-based service, as well as offering a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for our clients, patients and team members.

Massimo and Helen and all the team have a personal interest in each and every team member and each and every client. Whether we are trying to get the core team together at Team Time once a week or helping our clients to a cup of tea whilst they are waiting for an appointment or class, we strive to meet the needs of every person in a way that demonstrates our care and attention to detail.
