1. How to Purchase

All our products are available to purchase on our webstore by Click & Collect, allowing you to browse in the comfort of your own home and reserve for collection at The Barn at SHP Health, Denbies Wine Estate, Dorking. Items will be available to collect during the following times (excluding bank holidays, Saturday and Sunday):

– Mon 9am to 5pm

– Tue 9am to 5pm

– Wed 9am to 12pm

– Thu 9am to 5pm

– Fri 9am to 12pm

We’ll send you an email confirmation message that we have received your order, so please do not travel to collect until you have received this confirmation.

If you are visiting The Barn you may wish to look at the item and purchase in person. Items are available to view whilst our reception team are on duty, and we also have toilet/changing area to try on any clothing items before purchase.

2. Returns policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a credit note, an alternative product of the same value or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

– Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

– Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

– Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and be in the original condition.

– If your purchase is lost or damaged, we are not able to initiate a refund/return.

To initiate a return, please return the item to The Barn at SHP Health within 14 days of purchase stating your reason for the return. If you have met the conditions of our return policy, we will process the refund. Credit/debit card refunds can take up to 10 days to process.
